1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and k9win pak ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, content, and features available on the k9winpak.app website and all associated subdomains and applications.

By accessing or using the k9win pak platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the k9win pak platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an eligible citizen or resident using the platform in your country.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and execute a legally binding agreement.
• Never having been banned or prohibited by k9win pak from using the platform previously.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes without prior written approval from k9win pak.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on k9win pak at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms. k9win pak reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to validate your account details.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Please ensure you use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. k9win pak will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

K9win pak accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks), direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and no fees are charged by k9win pak on deposit transactions.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and membership tier. The minimum deposit is generally RM 10, and the daily maximum deposit is RM 50,000 for regular members. VIP Members enjoy higher deposit limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed to your registered Malaysian bank account within 10 to 30 minutes for regular members, and faster for VIP members. The bank account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the k9win pak account holder. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 100,000.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by k9win pak are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, or per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• K9win pak reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Impersonating another player or using a false identity.
• Exploiting any bug or system vulnerability for unfair advantage.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

8Privacy & Personal Data

K9win pak collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the k9win pak platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in Privacy Policy us.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and k9win pak's servers. Your personal data will not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

9Account Suspension & Termination

K9win pak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Term outlined in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid complaint from a third party regarding the use of your account.
• Your own request to close your account.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the k9win pak support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to your original payment method once the review process has been completed.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, k9win pak will not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Technical errors on the part of third parties such as payment providers or game providers.

In all circumstances, k9win pak's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
